Q:Will anyone know what is in my delivery?
A: Nope. We ship in a clean and plain brown box. There is no mention of the contents on the outside of the package. A brief packing slip will be inside the box. The return label will say either “Shipping Department” or “Tickle Industries”.
Q:Will my order arrive in one package?
A: Not all of the products Tickle offers will ship together. Generally, they will ship in a single package, sometimes they may be shipped from different facilities. Gift cards are shipped from a different location and will always be shipped separately.
Q:What happens if I order an item and it is not in stock?
A: We will immediately notify you that your selection was not available. At that time you may choose to wait for the product, cancel the order, or we can help you choose something else.
Q:Can I ship my order to an international address?
A: Some of the items Tickle offers are available for international shipping. If you’d like to place an order to be shipped outside of the USA, please contact Tickle concierge by calling 1-877-499-8425.
