Q:How do I use my Tickle Gift Card to make purchases online?
A: To use your Tickle Gift Card online go to your Basket. Below the contents, there is a section labeled Gift Cards and tkl Discount Codes. Enter the Gift Card number in the box and press Apply. If you also have a tkl Discount Code, enter it after entering the gift card. The amount of your purchase plus tax and shipping fees will be deducted from the value of the card. If the value of your Tickle Gift Card does not cover the full cost, a credit card (or checkcard) may be used to cover the difference.
Q:How do I check the remaining balance of my Tickle Gift Card?
A: In “My Account” there is a link on the left side, “Gift Card Balance”. You can always check the balance of your card there. The secret PIN number is required to check the balance. If you do not have or know the PIN, please call Tickle concierge for assistance at 1-877-499-8425.
